May 07, 2019 ·  LG's 2019 C9 OLED TV is the best-performing TV I've ever tested at CNET. In 2018 I said the same thing about the C8 and in 2017 I said the same thing about the C7 . 

As was the case in 2018, the C-class OLED gets you all of LG’s most advanced picture and processing tech in the most affordable package. There is a cheaper 2019 LG OLED, the B9, but it has a less sophisticated processor and doesn’t have the new AI features. You can go more expensive, too, with the E9, W9 or R9, but while each offers a different design and sound solution, they are identical in terms of picture. Even though it is the most basic model, the LG OLED65C9 is a lovely looking set. Viewed from the side, it looks striking – with its combination of a preposterously thin panel and a compact plastic appendage for the connections, processing technology and the speakers. Even at its thickest point, the 65-inch C9 measures just 4.7cm. From the front, the speakers are totally invisible. All you can see is a uniformly thin, pure black bezel around the screen itself. It’s not far off being a floating display when wall-mounted, particularly in a darkened room. Those who aren’t wall-mou... 

LG OLED65C9PUA Review Conclusions LG OLED65C9PUA is one of the best TVs out there. The picture quality is very good thanks to the 4k resolution, active HDR technology and OLED display. It also comes with new features like Google home and Alexa devices compatibility.

Nov 09, 2020 ·  The LG CX is one of two entry-level OLED TVs in LG's 2020 lineup, and like any OLED, it delivers excellent picture quality. It's packed with gaming features such as FreeSync variable refresh rate (VRR) support and G-SYNC compatibility to reduce screen tearing. It has a near-instant response time and low input lag as well.

The LG C9 OLED 4K TV offers outstanding picture quality, supreme contrast and top motion handling. It also has Smart TV features, HDMI 2.1, and great response time. 

The E series OLEDs of the past have distinguished themselves from other models in LG’s line-up with their “picture on glass” design. Though it looks like LG has simplified the marketing message to just “glass,” the effect is the same. The E8’s OLED panel is mounted on a sheet of glass, but you don’t catch that at a glance. What you do see is a transparent material that runs the lower border of the TV.If the TV is mounted on the wall, then the glass is the last thing you see on the television....
