Your review doesn’t mention that Quicken appears to be the only product that allows you to reconcile your accounts (note that we’re old school and manually enter our transactions…). Have been a user since 1982, and while I dislike the subscription model, I don’t see a viable alternative.

While this is a premium feature only available in the Deluxe and higher versions of Quicken, it’s really nice to have. You’ll pay a bit extra for it (the Starter version of Quicken is $39.99/yr, the Deluxe version is $62.99/yr), but if you want to have fuller control over your budget, it may be worth the extra few bucks a year.
