23andMe is the only test that alleviates this through phasing the results of parents and their kids, which honestly is likely the way forward if Ancestry wants to greatly increase the accuracy for those of us who are the product of a good amount of recent admixture like myself. Otherwise, it's best not to agonize over estimates that change every year anyways, especially since that's not what DNA testing is about all the time, it's the ability to use your DNA matches to build up a highly accurate and defined family tree.

In your case you have 23andME, which is good for the health side, but lacks real clarity for family tree details. For a cost do the AncestryDNA test, and you will get a further widening of your DNA and then get a short term account on Ancestry. You can also upload your data to MyHeritage and to FTDNA for little cost, but keep in mind that they restrict what data you can readily see.

If they just want the novelty of it, 23andMe is considered the most accurate. I can vouch that in my family's case, at least, it pretty much accurately reflects my family tree. There's also the bonus that you can upgrade to see health risks, and it has some fun (though not genealogically useful) extras like showing your mtDNA and, for XY folks, Y-DNA haplogroups, how many neanderthal variants you have, etc.
