DJI Mavic Air 2

So I just got my dji mavic air 2 today and I flew my first drone for the first time and I have to say, truly a experience that just blew my away. Just to be able to fly into the sky and go wherever and see beautiful sights you only see when flying. I really didn't expect it to be so mesmerizing.

The media could not be loaded. Dislikes are always first: 1. The camera sensor is different. Air 2 camera by default takes 12MP pictures. It advertises a 48 MP camera, yet, you can only take 48 MP photo with the 48MP mode. It is Bizarre and makes me feel that the sensor itself is not a 48 MP sensor....

So do you think the Air 2 is superior enough to the Mini 2 that it would be worthwhile to pass up the fly more package for the better drone?. I don’t want to spend $1000 right now, but I don’t mind spending a little more than the Mini 2 costs. Nothing is set in stone though, I may wait a couple more months to budget a little more for it. But if the quality differences really aren’t THAT significant, I’m very happy to not have to wait.

In my opinion, your first drone choice is about the best choice that you could've made. I own several drones and the Mavic Air II is my favorite. It's got it all!

Hey everyone,. After not being super exited with the image quality of my Air2s, I did a direct comparison to the Mavic Air 2 – and while the reviews online on the Air2s are mostly pretty great, I found that there are some features that are not as great as expected, and then more than just a few that I would actually call downgrades - I mean, both drones and cameras are obviously amazing, so this is very picky, but might be interesting if you have not yet decided if upgrading from the Mavic Air 2 is worth it.
