Fight N Rage is a 2D beat ’em up set in a world where humanity is overthrown by animal mutants. We play as one of three distinct characters, all trying to stop the human genocide by taking down the mutant leader. One of the things that separate this from so many other games from the genre is the number of branching paths. 

Fight N Rage is a wonderful throwback to everything I love about 2D side scrolling beat em ups. The sidescroller has had a bit of a weird few years recently. Whilst plenty of games for the genre are made all the time, they often feel cheap and repetitive. Fight N Rage refuses to go down that route and is a real star of the genre.

Fight’N Rage is set in what feels like one of those ‘80s-style nuclear post-apocalypses. Civilization is crumbling, humans are an endangered species, and bandit packs of mutated animals are on the rampage.

Every character has their own set attacks, including a combo string, aerial, rushing, jumping and special attacks, along with even some specific moves you can use in a wide variety of situations.

Inspired by the classics from the “golden age”, and with an art style that mimics the aesthetic from the 90's arcade gems, this game pays homage to all classic gameplay features that makes this genre one of the best from its time!

Fight’N Rageis both developed and published by SebaGamesDev– an independent one-man game studio based in Uruguay. It was originally released on PC in September of 2017, and has now been ported to the Xbox One, PS4, and the Nintendo Switch thanks to the guys and gals at BlitWorks. The game takes place on Earth after an apocalyptic event called “The Great Pulse” has wiped out all technology and has turned all of the planet’s living creatures into mutants. Humans are now either food, or work as slaves serving “The Boss” and his horde of hairy henchmen. Three survivors lead the rebellion against the Law of the Jungle – Gal, an escaped slave; F. Norris, a ninja with a dark past; and Ricardo, a mutant rebel fighting on behalf of the human race.

Fight’N Rage is an old-school side-scroller beat ’em up developed and published by Sebagamedev. To begin with you can pick from one of three characters; Gal, Ricardo or F Norris, all with unique move sets and styles.
