As as result I am going to return the laptop. At work we use thinkpads T14 and the keyboard is the kind of standard I am aiming for but with a slightly limited budget of 1500 EUR (incl. VAT). I would prefer something with Ryzen 5xxxU CPU and at least 16 GB RAM.

For the Casual Person

This laptop is for the person who just wants to check emails. Browse the web casually. It slows down and freezes when you have Zoom running, Youtube, and 4 tabs opens. Great for Small school assignments and small projects. On the plus size, it is paper light!

I boughe lenovo ideapad this christmas and its the best laptop i ever had. i51135g7, MX450, 8gb dual channel RAM, 15'' 1080p screen, nice clean design, fingerprint sensor... There are laptops with better screen, gpu, cpu etc vut for the money i spent and considering my needs its the perfect laptop for me.

The color is lovely. I like the light weight of it. Only complaint is hope the mouse handles. There are no buttons and I've found it hard to use to navigate with copying and pasting and scrolling.

Decent small-ish laptop for college students ? (under $500)

I’d suggest a lenovi ideapad. I’ve been using my 330s for a few years and it’s perfect. Value wise, Lenovo ideapad is the best out there imo.

Thoughts on HP Pavilion Aero 13

Great laptop, a shame that it only comes with 8gb ram in my country :/

Lenovo Ideapad 5 Pro 14 is also a great alternative but it is more expensive and rarely in stock tho
