Not earbuds, but for those that like over-ear headphones: I use the Razer Opus X and the latency is fantastic while using them in gaming mode. As of right now, there aren't many options for cheaper Bluetooth headphones with low latency and the Opus X deliver.

Def not the Razer Opus. People tell you that one sounds good and has good ANC. It does have almost bose ANC but it has terrible sound. I swear the mids or bass make a resonance in the cups that flavors the whole sound, badly.
