Skullcandy Crusher ANC - Music You Can Feel is Skullcandys motto. And you can take that literally, because when it comes to feeling music, hardly any of the American Lifestyle-Companies are kidding. While others give their headphones a modern bass tuning, Skullcandy simply builds a fat subwoofer into the earcups, which makes your ears flap. And that's meant literally! 

To be honest, due to the design features, these headphones are not suitable for everyone, and there are several reasons for this. First, a small headband even with maximum adjustment. Taking into account the fact that my head is far from the largest, I had to make the headband as large as possible, therefore, if you are the owner of a large head, then keep in mind, otherwise the Crusher ANC simply will not fit on you. Trying on before buying is highly recommended. Secondly, a slightly odd fit. Personally, these headphones seemed very comfortable to me, but still, when I was just getting to know them, I could not figure out how to properly put them on. Only after “practicing” about 10 times I realized what was the matter. Usually, holding standard full-size headphones in your hands, you will notice that almost all of them have the cups located at a rather significant angle in relation to the headband, as a result, the headphones seem to be more comfortable. But here this angle is equ... 

Jul 01, 2021 ·  Skullcandy isn’t exactly known for its— ahem —luxury build. While the Skullcandy Crusher Wireless is made of cheaper plastic, it’s still sturdy. The matte black coating resists fingerprints and the headphone and headband faux leather padding is pretty substantial. The combination makes for a fairly comfortable pair of headphones.

Skullcandy Crusher Wireless review: Connectivity. Although the Skullcandy Crusher ANC wireless headphones focus most on their incredible bass and ANC tech – the headset performs well with connectivity too. There’s no NFC, so you can’t pair in seconds with just a touch. 

I always knew I had a big head, I was that kid at school that had to wear a special hat or stay in the shade. But I didn’t know how BIG my head was till I started wearing headphones, and let me tell you I have a hell of a time finding good headphones that fit this large head. WELL, Skullcandy you absolute beauties; you have won my love for life. Now, they already had my love, but when I put the Crusher ANCs on for the first time, I felt a comfort like no other; so major points there fam. The cups are hella comfy, using imitation leather and plastic framing; it looks and feels A+ but given the $598.99NZD price range, I wonder if real leather could have been used. I’m vegetarian so I’m happy, but just thinking of the masses. To put into perspective the comfort of these buggers, I wore these for an entire season of My Hero Academia, something that is rare for me. Compared to my Hesh 3s, the comfort insanely surpasses with the Crushers and hopefully this comfort is pushed down to the lo...

The Skullcandy Crusher ANC headphones are encased in a hard-shell oval case with a coarse grey cloth finish. The case is appealing to look at and the Skullcandy logo at the bottom left side pops visibly. Within the robust case, you will find a cable for wired, passive usage, which is convenient for when the cans run out of juice, as well as a USB Type-C charging cable, which ensures that the cans are futureproofed. Our review unit was the deep red coloured variant and the Skullcandy Crusher ANC headphones come in another colour - black. The design of the headphones is rather understated and at this price point, we would have preferred a more striking, sleek aesthetic. These circum-aural (over-ear) headphones sport an eggshell-like finish with the glossy Skullcandy logo embossed on either side of the headband.
