The X-Pro3's images are very good for APS-C but sensor performance hasn't improved so much that it can catch up to the relatively modern sensor in the D750. At any given exposure, the D750's sensor will have the chance to capture 2.3x (1.22EV) more total light than the X-Pro3's does.

The Fujifilm X-Pro3 is an even better built camera than its predecessors thanks to the incorporation of titanium top and bottom plates, which is 50% stronger than alloy and much more scratch resistant, resulting in zero flex or movement in the chassis. 

The X-Pro3 measures 3.3 by 5.5 by 1.8 inches (HWD) and weighs 17.5 ounces without a lens. The body incorporates extensive dust and splash protection, so you can use it in inclement weather when paired with a sealed lens. Fujifilm offers several in its library, including a series of small primes that pair well with the rangefinder-style body. Most modern cameras use magnesium alloy, along with some composite polycarbonate protection, to net rugged durability and relatively light weight. The X-Pro3 still uses some magnesium in its frame, and wraps it in a leatherette with a pebble finish. But it takes a different approach for the top and bottom plates—they're titanium. The X-Pro3's aesthetic is completely different to other Fujifilm cameras, like the X-T3 and X-H1. With a boxier design, it actually looks like Leica's iconic M-series rangefinders. It's certainly a beautiful camera, and I can see why Fujifilm went with that look. It conveys an artistic intent while being very low key, so I never got hassled while taking candid shots. It weighs the same as the X-T3 at 1.1 pounds, but it feels more substantial thanks to the thicker, more weather-resistant body. It also packs top and bottom titanium plates, which come with a scratch-resistant Dura coating, if you pay $200 more. The model I tested lacked that coating, and as a result, those plates really attracted fingerprints. Fujifilm has tidied up the design since the X-Pro2, eliminating the viewfinder mode button and the four-way controller. Our only real reservation concerns its autofocus system, as the tracking performance has simply fallen behind what rival cameras are capable of.

The image sensor used in the X-S10, the X-T4 and the X-Pro3 cameras is exactly the same - they all use the very latest 26 megapixel APS-C sized BSI X-Trans sensor. All three cameras also share exactly the same X-Processor 4 processor. So now Fujifilm are offering you not one, not two, but three different ways to achieve exactly the same image quality. You can choose between the rangefinder design of the X-Pro3 or the DSLR design of the X-T4 and X-S10, and between the larger X-T4 and the smaller X-S10, and still get the same results. Until now its more advanced mirrorless cameras have all featured external shutter speed dials and (depending on the model) external lens aperture rings and sometimes ISO dials.
