The microphone keeps working though.

Whenever I go on a call my microphone keeps working but all sound is muted, please help. I looked through the FAQs and manual and can't see why.

If I use my standalone desktop mic for input then calls work fine. My Jabra headset just refuses to be used for input and output at the same time.

The only thing searching the FAQs elucidated was for another model: 'The listen-in feature may be activated. This feature allows you to hear your surroundings without having to remove your headset. In this mode, music and calls are muted (not paused); however, the microphone remains on.' 

This sounds exactly like my problem, but this does not appear to be a feature on Elite 45h.

I also didn't even receive a manual with my product. Sorry for my complaining post, really no idea what's going on.

Jabra Elite 45h mutes sound on calls

My other consideration was the Jabra Elite 45h and the JBL T600NC BT but since I have to order them online and I can’t try them out myself, I decided to pass. Overall, I feel like this is an upgrade to the Pioneer, I just wish that it has more bass for the occasional EDM on my playlist. For everything else, this is the perfect headphone (at least in my price range and area).

Regarding the warranty on your Jabra Move Style Edition, the headset comes with a Manufacturer's warranty that begins the day you purchase the headset. There is no need to sign up for anything to obtain this warranty. You will, however, need to keep a copy of your purchase receipt as you will need it should you ever need a warranty replacement of your headset.

Jabra move style edition has a sound+ thing written on the box but app doesn't support it?

recently bought a wireless jabra elite 45h headset and was able to connect my pc and iphone to it, at the same time (both devices connected via bluetooth).

 Mine came untied the third time I used it, and went back into the interior of the seam that houses it, never to be recovered. Oh well.  The only real drawback, and unfortunately the issue that keeps me from giving a better rating, is that the phones settle awkwardly, the on-ear cups sit at an angle that doesn't allow a secure fit, aren't adjustable enough to correct this, and so are likely to fall off one's head and crash to the floor. I've had these a little over a month, and while the noise-canceling works, and the sound is quite good, the fact that I can't depend on them staying on my head severely limits their usefulness

I would like to rate this Jabra headphones package five stars. The sound is excellent, noise canceling works well, and battery life is downright amazing. It also has useful and easy to use call-handling capabilities, which in my limited examination, work very well. You can also use it to connect with Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant, etc

Excellent on-ear phones, though mine don't stay on my head

Please allow me to put this review in context. I am an older male with mild tinnitus, neck problems, a large-ish head and a collection of cheap and expensive headphones which I cannot or will not take outside or wear for prolonged periods. I don't fancy myself an audiophile, but as a musician I can identify and appreciate quality sound reproduction. My hope for the Jabra Elite 45h was to find a reasonably-priced set which allows me to listen to music and answer calls for extended periods using my cell while on long walks/hikes outdoors

 First, here's the good. The set is lightweight, has comfortable earpads and exerts just adequate clamping pressure to stay in place during vigorous walks. I can wear this for hours! My ears receive adequate ventilation and don't get hot or sweaty at room temperature. Sound quality is good for the price, with decent clarity and a small soundstage effect

 These will not stay on your head if you bend over with any force; the headband flops over with just a quick nod. While the sound is clear, it remains thin even after several eq adjustments. If you enjoy pounding bass, these will not satisfy. While not nearly as comfortable, my JBL Tune 510BT set sounds appreciably better in terms of fullness, clarity, separation and soundstaging, and they cost a third of the price on sale

 This is my first set of bluetooth headphones so maybe that is the difference.  The not so good (but not bad) is the comfort. I didn’t really pay attention but I would call these “on the ear” headphones and not “over the ear” and I now realize I prefer over the ears. The padding is a little stiff so I have to give that a ding

Amazing Battery Life and One Small Niggle of an Issue

Bought these to enhance working from home, and they've been a game changer! I love that I can hook up both my laptop and cell, and don't have to unplug headphones to take the correct call. They're not too big, and fit snug. I do wear glasses, so wearing these for a full 8 hours can get tedious, but I just adjust either the headphones or glasses and keep going. The sound quality is rather good, and you can personalize the equalizer from the app

Long battery life, good for dual purpose

For the price, I think these are a great value. They sound (to my extremely amateur ear) substantially better than Apple earbuds, and I can continue wearing them for hours without discomfort. The only drawback is that the fit is rather loose on my (presumably) average-sized head (for an adult male). They'll stay in place while I work at my desk and during long walks, but tend to slip off while doing tasks that require looking down (especially while cooking and doing the dishes)

 I couldn’t use the surround sound or whatever because it would crackle. New pc, maybe they’ll work, but razer mice and headphones are probably going to be a “fuck no” for me.

The first headset lasted me a long time and I enjoyed them, got the razer nari ultimate for $200 and they’re h o t garbage. They’re nice and comfortable when they work, but I had to have them plugged into the charger for them to work, and even then, it was only stereo. I couldn’t use the surround sound or whatever because it would crackle. New pc, maybe they’ll work, but razer mice and headphones are probably going to be a “fuck no” for me

3 weeks old, used about 10 times, already coming apart! Razer won’t replace them.

 Recording or even speaking to others via the mic is like scanning old radio signals for air. I would care less about the mic if the sound quality was better; but, with both features operating like early developed radio systems, I would go a different route.  I would not recommend this product.

After having thoroughly tested this headset out in multiple configurations, via the associated software, I would have to say that it is sub-par for any user.  First off, the construction appears and initially feels sturdy enough; time will tell how it holds up.  Now on to the parts that matter. Sound quality, no matter what adjustments I did through the software, is poor
