As long as you get a tight seal they deliver warm, pleasant sound, with relatively well-defined bass.They seem durable. They're fully waterproof with IPX7 certification (they can be fully submerged in shallow water for up to 30 minutes). I dropped a bud a couple of times and it was no worse for wear

To be clear, these don't pass sound with bone-conduction technology like some new audio sunglasses do (AfterShokz OptiShokz Revvez glasses are due out this spring). There are actually tiny speakers in each arm along with a microphone near each temple.  Technically, Bose says the Frames are its smallest audio system ever.

I've replaced these twice over and its really not worth it. For a company that bills the key selling point on durability and battery life, these don't live up. Can't recommend dropping money on this product -- going to replace the Airpod Pros and see if I can get better results.

The battery life, at least for now, was ok (if they aren't turned on, the battery remained at 100% for hours, it's only playtime that runs the battery down). Of course I am concerned that over time the battery life will decline, and it does not appear the battery is replaceable. Biggest concern is that it's quite easy to lose a pair of sunglasses.
