Jabra Elite 45h vs JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS

My other consideration was the Jabra Elite 45h and the JBL T600NC BT but since I have to order them online and I can’t try them out myself, I decided to pass. Overall, I feel like this is an upgrade to the Pioneer, I just wish that it has more bass for the occasional EDM on my playlist. For everything else, this is the perfect headphone (at least in my price range and area).

The JBL Reflect Mini 2 Wireless are great sports headphones that are versatile enough for everyday casual use. These closed-back in-ears have a decent sound quality and are fairly comfortable. They have a stable and portable design with stability fins which is very useful for more intense physical activity. However, they have thin cables and may feel a bit cheap

recently bought a wireless jabra elite 45h headset and was able to connect my pc and iphone to it, at the same time (both devices connected via bluetooth).

So essentially earbuds, they're my new now go-to for it. So yeah, the Reflect Mini and see, fantastic earbuds, great quality, great sound, and JBL, yo...

Mine came untied the third time I used it, and went back into the interior of the seam that houses it, never to be recovered. Oh well. The only real drawback, and unfortunately the issue that keeps me from giving a better rating, is that the phones settle awkwardly, the on-ear cups sit at an angle that doesn't allow a secure fit, aren't adjustable enough to correct this, and so are likely to fall off one's head and crash to the floor. I've had these a little over a month, and while the noise-canceling works, and the sound is quite good, the fact that I can't depend on them staying on my head severely limits their usefulness

Despite an in-ear fit that feels exceptionally stable, the ANC performance seems inconsistent—sometimes even the low frequencies don’t sound all that dialed back. Compared with the less expensive Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro, the ANC here is similar when dealing with low frequencies, but not even close with mids and highs.

Please allow me to put this review in context. I am an older male with mild tinnitus, neck problems, a large-ish head and a collection of cheap and expensive headphones which I cannot or will not take outside or wear for prolonged periods. I don't fancy myself an audiophile, but as a musician I can identify and appreciate quality sound reproduction. My hope for the Jabra Elite 45h was to find a reasonably-priced set which allows me to listen to music and answer calls for extended periods using my cell while on long walks/hikes outdoors

Available in black, navy blue, beige with gold details, black with gray details, or black with copper details, the supra-aural (on-ear) Elite 45h headphones have plush memory foam earpads lined with a leatherette covering. The underside of the headband is a cushioned, rubbery material, for a secure, lightweight fit that's comfortable over long listening sessions. I ended up returning very unfortunate because I was so excited to splurge on high quality earphones for the holidays. Maybe JBL can recommend a better alternative for me that had a more comfortable feel for hours of use, good for exercise (sweat resistant), and something more sleek not so bulky and sticking out of my ears. Still waiting for my refund to show up in my account, it's been 4 days since I mailed them back. I'm still considering the other styles of headphones they have to offer

This is my first set of bluetooth headphones so maybe that is the difference. The not so good (but not bad) is the comfort. I didn’t really pay attention but I would call these “on the ear” headphones and not “over the ear” and I now realize I prefer over the ears. Great sound and noise cancelling, connectivity is easy and easy to use app! Ok comfort wise for about an hour. Charge effectively and I’m enjoying using them

Battery life is amazing! I'll connect them at the start of my work shift, listen to music, take calls, video conference with my team, and then after work keep listening to music and video chat with my family - I've gone 3 days without needing to charge them. Colleagues and family both say that they can't hear any background noise when I wear these (compared to my SkullCandy headphones). I highly recommend these to anyone looking to "cut the cord".

Another issue with these is the battery life is terrible! The charging dock gave me maybe a couple of hours extra but I had to recharge the dock almost everyday. Also the earphones don’t warn me that the battery is low, it just shuts off in the middle of my music. The TalkThru feature isn’t super great either and I still ended up wearing only one earphone just so I can hear others around me. The only reason I’m not giving this a lower rating is because the sound quality was perfect for me

For the price, I think these are a great value. They sound (to my extremely amateur ear) substantially better than Apple earbuds, and I can continue wearing them for hours without discomfort. The only drawback is that the fit is rather loose on my (presumably) average-sized head (for an adult male). They'll stay in place while I work at my desk and during long walks, but tend to slip off while doing tasks that require looking down (especially while cooking and doing the dishes)

But after all you get what you pay for so for $100 they are a decent pair of noise canceling headphones with 2x as much bass than AirPods.
