It offers more screen real estate than the Versa 2, and adds an integrated GPS, an SpO2 sensor to measure the amount of oxygen in your blood while you sleep, and support for Fitbit's Active Zone Minutes metric (earned for time spent in fat burn, cardio, or peak heart rate zone). For an extra $100, the Sense offers a few health tracking sensors and features you don't get on the Versa 3, including an EDA scan app that measures your body's response to stress, a daily Stress Management Score, an ECG app that can assess your heart rhythm for signs of atrial fibrillation, high and low heart rate notifications, and a skin temperature sensor.
