The X-Pro3's images are very good for APS-C but sensor performance hasn't improved so much that it can catch up to the relatively modern sensor in the D750. At any given exposure, the D750's sensor will have the chance to capture 2.3x (1.22EV) more total light than the X-Pro3's does.

It brings in-body stabilization, faster shooting, improved autofocus and a larger battery to the already very capable X-T3.
