The X-Pro3's images are very good for APS-C but sensor performance hasn't improved so much that it can catch up to the relatively modern sensor in the D750. At any given exposure, the D750's sensor will have the chance to capture 2.3x (1.22EV) more total light than the X-Pro3's does.

Its lens is faster at the wide-angle end than its peers, and its macro capabilities are top-notch. Battery life is very good, assuming that you're not hitting the GPS too hard.
